The story revolves around a middle-class family in Delhi, where Nihar (Rajit Kapoor) lives with his parents and sister Manju (Dimple Kapadia) and earns a living as a cartoonist. He meets Sweety (Sarika), who has been abandoned by her parents after they left her in city to earn money for her education. But on the other hand, her cousin Nachiketa (Mahie Gill) takes care of her. When they meet on a bus ride, Sweety gets attracted to Nihar and becomes his number-one fan.
